Not receiving password reset email
And it's not in my spam either :(

I tested the password reset on several accounts with different email services and the reset message always comes through immediately for me.
If you are using Gmail, check under the "Social" and "Promotions" tabs. It may be going into one of those rather than your primary inbox.
I will also follow up with you privately to double check the login URL and email address you're using.
