The subject line on emails coming from the forms submitted from our website needs to include a unique ID. For example, a date and time stamp or IP address of sender in the subject line. This will simplify tracking email conversations.
There's currently no way to customize the subject line of the form notification emails on a per-submission basis. The subject line always contains the site name and the name of the page on which the form appears.
If you are using a ticket tracking system, it may be possible to configure it so that it accepts incoming support requests via email and assigns a unique tracking ID to each one. Most support ticketing systems do have that capability.
